Draft for the early-access period. A full privacy policy will replace this before Weekwise opens to the public.
What we hold
Your email address; the first names of children you add; activities, schedules, attendance and reschedules you enter; and school term and holiday dates. We keep children's information to the minimum the app needs: a first name is enough.
Google Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, Weekwise asks for access to your calendars so it can create and update the events it manages and read changes you make to them. We store the resulting access token encrypted. You can disconnect in Weekwise and revoke access any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Weekwise's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How it is used
Only to run Weekwise for your family: showing your schedule, keeping your calendar in step and emailing you sign-in links and invitations. We do not sell your information, show advertising or use it to train models.
Where it lives
On servers in Sydney, Australia, with encrypted connections. We take nightly backups. Sign-in emails are sent through an email delivery provider, which sees your address and the message.
Your choices
Ask us at app@weekwise.day to export or delete your family's data, or to remove your account, and we will do it.
